Manitoba’s New Regulatory Cocktail: One Part Legislation, One Part Modernization, with a Generous Dash of Stakeholder Input (Presented by Mary M. McGunigal, Crown Counsel, Civil Legal Service, Manitoba Justice on May 30, 2014)—On April 1, 2014, the Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba was established to bring regulation of liquor and gaming into a single organization.
