The Executive of the Manitoba Construction Law Section operates on a rotating system for officers and the succession of the same took place in the spring of 2013. As a result of the Vice-Chair, Nicole Hamilton, being away for an extended period of time, the Section left the position of Chair held by Tom Turner and the position of Vice-Chair held by Nicole Hamilton in place.
