The following are some of the main concerns which a lender and its solicitor should have when the lender is making credit available to an "ordinary commercial" corporation (federally or provincially incorporated) where such corporation (the "Borrower") has been incorporated for a First Nation and proposes to borrow money from the lender and provide the lender with certain security on its assets to secure its borrowing obligations.
