Measuring the impact of decisions of senior appellate courts on the work of judicial review courts, administrative tribunals and administrative law practitioners would not, in my view, be complete without regard for the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) in Dunsmuir v. New Brunswick, 2008 SCC 9.

So, you’ve received a decision or order from a board or tribunal. If the decision or order is in your client’s favour, how do you go about enforcing it? If your client disagrees with the decision, what recourse, if any, is available to reconsider, review, or to pursue an appeal?
