Franz Hoeppner Wiens Law Office is a small rural law firm located in a culturally diverse region. We are dedicated to providing quality legal services in an accessible way.

As we have a rapidly expanding workload, we are looking for a qualified solicitor to join our team. If you are committed to working in a busy, collegial setting with dedicated colleagues and support staff, we look forward to speaking with you. A partnership opportunity exists for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

-          A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer

-          Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas of practice:

·         Real Estate

·         Wills and Estates

·         Corporate and Commercial Law

-          Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

-          Strong work ethic

-          Sound drafting and negotiation skills

-          Ability to produce quality work on a timely basis

-          Ability to speak a second language, in addition to English, would be an asset.

Requirements:

-          Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized institution

-          Member in good standing with the Law Society of Manitoba
