Animal Law is a rapidly evolving area of law that touches on all legal issues related to animals and their interactions with humans and the rest of the environment. From issues related to family law, property law and criminal law (to name just a few), the topics covered by this Section are relevant to lawyers who work in a wide-range of practice areas. Through in-person meetings and continuing professional development sessions, this Section provides members with the opportunity to stay up-to-date on new and emerging Animal Law issues and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
