At meetings, webinars, and through dialogue with a variety of stakeholders, including the Manitoba judiciary, the Section addresses current civil litigation issues including legislation, rules of practice, case law, trials, motions, appeals, evidence, practice management and regular updates to the profession from the judiciary.
