A forum for exploring legal issues in divorce, adoption, child protection, marriage rights, custody, support, and property division, including new appraoches like mediation and collaborative law.

Family law covers a myriad of issues, including parenting issues as well as support and property matters. This Section can help you stay on top of the latest information relating to the Court process as well as the various other resolution processes available including Collaborative Law and Mediation/Arbitration. Members enjoy a wide range of educational programs and opportunities including meeting with members of the judiciary and other members of the family law bar. The Section also gives members a voice on many committees that deal with issues affecting them and/or their clients, including those that deal with legislative changes, court process, services for clients.
