The Labour & Employment Law Section examines the full scope of legal issues arising in the workplace with respect to employment standards, labour-management relations, workplace safety and health, human rights and privacy, among other considerations. The Section's programs bring subject-matter experts together to discuss topics of interest to labour and employment practitioners, and to update members on significant legislative changes and new decisions of the courts, labour boards, arbitrators and human rights commissions.
